The IFT Expo was successfully held in Chicago from July 15 to 17, 2024. The theme of this year's expo was "Collaboration + Innovation: How Can Food Science and Technology Transform the Food System?"
As the largest and most influential international expo of food ingredients and technology in the Americas, IFT leads the latest technological advancements in the food industry and sets the direction and trends for food technology development. At the booth, many customers showed great interest in Richen's innovative products. Through interactions with customers and industry professionals, Richen showcased the key food ingredients to the world, including chelated mineral salts, Natural Vitamin K2, and Phosphatidylserine (PS).

Chelated Mineral Salts
Chelated mineral salts are characterized by high solubility, high stability, and high bioavailability. Amino acid chelates are absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract in their intact molecular form, maintaining molecular structure stability in gastric juice without irritating the gastric mucosa, significantly reducing gastrointestinal reactions, and achieving better application characteristics. Additionally, amino acid chelated mineral salts are captured by active transport into the intestinal mucosal cells in the epithelial layer of the jejunum. Unlike inorganic mineral salts, they do not compete with other minerals. Once inside the intestinal cells, the minerals are released from the chelated structure, allowing for efficient absorption and utilization by the human body.
RiviK2® (Vitamin K2)
Dietary supplementation of Vitamin K2 is often very limited in everyday life, leading to insufficient intake. Vitamin K2 plays a crucial role in bone health, helping calcium to be more efficiently absorbed by the bones, increasing bone density, reducing the risk of osteoporosis, and promoting bone health.
What are the advantages of RiviK2®?
RiviK2® is produced through fermentation and is an all-trans natural Vitamin K2. RICHEN can provide K2 crystals with a purity higher than 96%, meeting USP standards, and can customize content and excipients based on this purity. Additionally, RiviK2 uses a green extraction process, avoiding the use of organic solvents to ensure environmental friendliness and health.
